 Apartments are leased and paid for in monthly increments regardless
 of length of stay. Reservations are required by mail.
The non-refundable cleaning fee should be sent along with the application 
for an official reservation.
 Our suite(s) is rented out on a first come first served basis.
Our suite's policy, as fully furnished room, is to collect the rent check(s) in advance on the date the lease is signed.

 motor vehicle, education, business associations,
prior employers and other reports as needed.These reports will 
include information as to my character, work habits, performance
and experience along with reasons for termination from various 
employers. Further, I understand that you will be requesting 
information from various Federal, State, and other Agencies 
with maintain records concerning my past activities relating 
to my driving , credit,civil and other experiences. 
I authorize, without reservation, any party or agency contacted 
to furnish the above mentioned information.
I hereby consent to B&Y Apartments providing the information 
contained herein to tenant screening agencies.
